Caroline Hillier, Charter Broker at Moravia Yachting, has worked in the superyacht industry since 2005, forging a career that began in photography and traversed through the media and creative landscapes. A particular highlight was founding a brand and PR communications consultancy company, which saw her develop an understanding of all sectors of the industry and an extensive network.
Having always observed superyachts through the keen eyes of a photographer, Caroline has a strong appreciation for the aesthetic detail of each vessel and the striking destinations they frequent. Crucially, this is what led her to the world of superyacht charter.
“I love being able to create fantastic itineraries in breath-taking destinations on board beautiful yachts,” she explains. “I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the charter fleet and each destination – the explorer yacht segment and extraordinary destinations that push the boundaries of charter are of particular interest.”

Merging yacht charter with scientific research, for example, is a unique opportunity that Caroline is always keen to explore as an option for clients. With specific knowledge and contacts in this area, she believes it is the perfect way to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience while giving something back to the environment that’s being enjoyed.
Caroline joined Moravia Yachting in 2022 and has since been relishing the opportunity to be part of an experienced team in its early stages of development. “It’s very exciting to be a part of Moravia Yachting’s growth,” she adds.

In her role as a charter broker, Caroline is grateful she can combine her passion for yachts, travel, and people. As such, she is dedicated to ensuring her clients experience the ocean with the same level of enjoyment as she does. “I want my clients to be able to trust that they are in safe hands and that I am going to create a cherished yachting experience for them,” she concludes.
