Pack your breeziest linens, it’s (boat) show season in the south of France

For those in the yachting world, September on the French Riviera means one thing: it’s boat show season!

With the Cannes Yachting Festival just weeks away, we’re pleased to announce we’ll have two yachts in show, both represented by Sales Broker Alessandro Diomedi.

This will be Alessandro’s 24th Cannes show, so if anyone knows their way around, it’s him.

“It’s like the first day at school,” Alessandro says with a smile. “It marks the beginning of the yachting season and, compared to other shows, has a relaxed atmosphere.

“Apart from a huge selection of quality products, it’s the lifestyle element which is unique. A visitor can enjoy a wonderful weekend going to the beaches, shopping, dining, and visiting the show. It’s all around the port in a relatively small area, so it’s also convenient in case one’s partner is not too keen to visit the show—there are plenty of other things to do.”

The stylish, classic Riva Argo 90’ T57

This year, we’re excited to present the T57, a pretty tri-deck Argo 90 by Riva, one of the most prestigious names in yachting.

“Cannes Show brokerage section at Port Canto offers a variety of interesting opportunities,” Alessandro explains. “The Riva Argo 90 “T57” is an example, in excellent condition and meticulously maintained by Hill Robinson yacht management. It’s still a current and successful model in the Riva range, and available at a fraction of the new build price!”

Riva’s heritage of craftsmanship and style is unmistakable here, from her satin teak and marble interiors to full-height windows framing uninterrupted sea views. On her flybridge is a dining table for ten, while a hydraulic swim platform lowers to a waterside terrace.

With accommodation for eight guests, the Riva Argo 90 T57 balances high-tech innovation with lifestyle and design in equal measure.

The brand-new Antonini Navi SUY series

We are also thrilled to represent the Sport Utility Yacht (SUY) series by Antonini Navi.

“Similar to an SUV—a Sport Utility Vehicle—the SUY series is a crossover of luxury and explorer yachts,” explains Alessandro. “These are specifically designed to have a large carrying capacity, so a lot of toys, while combining the aesthetics and luxury of a classic motor yacht.”

The range includes the SUY 158, 135, and 110.

ANTONINI NAVI has already sold two units and three hulls are currently under construction.
