About
“We are always trying to break free from the pack,” says CNM, the shipyard behind the 16-metre BLU.
With BLU, they’ve done just that: With 44 knots at top speed, expandable decks that transform the way you live onboard, and couture-level interiors all in a compact, low-slung hull, BLU rewrites what a day cruiser can be.
Low and sleek, her profile reads speed at a glance. Strong, horizontal lines, a sculpted metallic hull, and a carbon-fibre hardtop with integrated skylights give her a purposeful, athletic presence. She is powered by MAN i6 engines and Arneson surface drives, and along with her fibreglass planing hull, allow her to reach incredible speeds, cruising comfortably at 33. Her shallow draft of 1.1 metres and CE Category A certification—designed for unrestricted offshore navigation and robust enough to handle challenging seas—make her ideal for island hopping and secluded anchorages.
Above, life on deck is all about flexibility. Automated side balconies and a transformer swim platform expand her footprint in seconds, creating sun-drenched lounges or alfresco dining spaces. Fore and aft sunpads, adjustable for optimum comfort, invite long, lazy days at sea.
Inside, the atmosphere is calm and considered. Light oak veneers, soft, indirect lighting, and carefully layered textures create spaces that feel tailored. Loro Piana fabrics, Folgiozzo suede accents, and Besana silk carpets give the interiors a couture sensibility—uncommon in this size. The full-beam owner’s cabin forward offers surprising volume and comfort, complemented by a guest cabin and discreet crew accommodation. By day, BLU can welcome up to 12 guests onboard.
Immaculately presented, low on hours, and under shipyard warranty until July 2026, BLU is ideal for someone seeking peace and pace in equal measure, and who appreciates high-performance engineering and subtle luxury.
