Marcella was born and raised in the Netherlands and moved to France in 2014, where she completed a degree in Business & Administration, followed by a Masters in Luxury Management, at the University of Monaco.
Marcella joined Hill Robinson as a marketing assistant in 2019 and quickly became a valued member of the team. Showing an aptitude for client relations and a passion for the world of travel, her move to Moravia Yachting to Charter Retail Coordinator was a clear next step in her promising career.
Marcella gained experience as a Charter Retail Coordinator with Moravia, responsible for all the finer details pertaining to charter, concierge services and client care, before switching to direct retail charter. As a charter broker, Marcella is meticulous in assessing client needs and suitability of proposed yachts.
Adhering to the company’s mantra of achieving the extraordinary, Marcella works tirelessly to ensure no stone is left unturned in the delivery of incredible experiences.
