Tim discovered his love for boats in his early childhood. Born and raised on the south coast of England and at the encouragement of his kiwi Father, Tim took to the water at the tender age of four. He quickly began competing with his Optimist and soon found himself joining the crew of larger boats for both inshore and offshore races. Tim completed his first of many Fastnet races at just 15 years of age.
Despite pulls towards the rugby field, sailing remained Tim’s true passion and he commenced his professional career in yachting aged 18, and has since covered most aspects of the yachting industry.
Tim’s experience prior to his role as a superyacht broker includes acting as owner’s representative, a stint as a marine engineer and also as a yacht Captain. Tim has been selling superyachts since 2017 and has proved himself to be a versatile and adept broker, successfully representing both buyers and sellers across the motor and sailing fleet.
Tim’s wide-reaching experience and broad knowledge of the industry puts him in an excellent position to offer you an informed opinion and knowledgable assistance regarding the sale or purchase of your new yacht.
Tim is based in Palma, where he is grateful to combine his career with his passion for yachting and the sea, regularly kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, and free diving.
