Moravia Yachting is delighted to welcome RMK Yacht’s LIVIA PLUS to its Central Agency fleet. The 70-metre semi-custom motor yacht is available for sale with Rob Lander and Sotiris Konstantakis from Fraser Yachts. 

Designed by the multi-award-winning Red Yacht Design, she is engineered to meet the lifestyle demands of the modern superyacht owner while balancing deep long-range capability with zero compromises.  

Boasting a substantial 12.3-metre beam and 1,750 GT, LIVIA PLUS delivers immense internal and external volume without sacrificing her sleek, elegant profile. Built with a steel hull under BV classification (with Ice Class capability available upon request), she is powered by twin MTU 2,080 kW engines, reaching a top speed of 15 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 12 knots. 

Designed with an emphasis on indoor-outdoor living, her highlights include a design-forward beach club, a dedicated gym and wellness suite, and three separate pools. Outdoor living areas are complemented by touch-and-go helicopter access and generous storage for standard tenders and water toys, preparing her for even the most remote and rugged itineraries. 

The yacht’s highly customisable accommodation setup comfortably caters to guests while maintaining absolute privacy for the owner. A flagship split-level master suite features a private terrace, lounge, office, pool, and direct access to a dedicated forward deck, completely separating the owner’s daily routine from guests and crew. Additional VIP and guest cabins situated on the main deck benefit from their own private terraces. A guest elevator services all decks, while well-appointed crew quarters accommodate up to 15 crew across nine cabins, including a dedicated captain’s cabin on the upper deck.
